Hope Event Cancer TherapyServices

Every October since 2005, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Kona Community Hospital holds the Hope Event for cancer patients, their families, friends, caregivers, medical staff, and the whole community to promote cancer awareness. The free event includes great food and live music, massages, hair cuts, wig fittings, informational booths and so much more. Hair donations will be accepted during the event, and we also have a few speeches of gratitude for patients and volunteers. Everyone is welcome to attend. Please contact Community Relations Director at (808) 322-6960 for more information.
