If you have a scheduled appointment for Surgical Services, Radiology/Imaging Service, Maternity Services, or other Outpatient procedure/test; you will be able to take advantage of one of the following options for pre-registration:

To allow for ample processing time, pre-registration must be completed at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment time (Business days are defined as Monday through Friday). Maternity patients can pre-register up to 3 months prior to their expected delivery date. One of our Patient Access Representatives may contact you to validate or obtain any additional information that may be needed or to inform you of any copayments. All copayments are collected at time of check-in.
